Our products have the capacity of eliminating 99% of entrainment from steam, air, gas and vapor pipelines. The droplet removal size is 10 microns and up. Our separation is accomplished by means of centrifugal force. As we are aware of the detrimental impact water droplets or moisture can make on steam-based and steam-heated processes, our internal elements are clean, durable, and efficiently built.

From the various models we offer under moisture separators, there are three standard models that we widely cater, namely, Type DSL, Type DST, and Type DSU. All these separators have the efficiency of eliminating 99% of entrainment from the system. In addition, our separators are not bound to cause a significant pressure drop either. Hence, better efficiencies are achieved too. We can also customize our products to meet each and every industrial and customer requirements.


At Didion Separator Company, we are determined to helping you minimize the water droplet impact on your equipment by offering state-of-the-art range of custom and standard industrial moisture separators. We have a wide range of inventoried steam separators too. We contract with a third party Authorized inspection agency – Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB Global Standards) and hold ASME and National Board Stamps such as U, U2, U3, S, PP, R and CE.
